Abstract
ABSTRAC Dyslipidemia is a lipid metabolism disorder characterized by increase increase total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglycerida levels. Based on this need a good treatment to control disease. A good treatmen can influenced by knowledge, attitude, and patient compliance is taking medication. This study is a determine the level of the knowledge, attitude and compliance of patients using dyslipidemia drug. Is a well to the know difference in the level konowledge of adherence and the level atitude of adherence this is level a knowledge, attitude, adherence to effectiviness dyslipidemia therapy.The research design used is propective quantitative and cross-secsional method is a descriptive.while the population was all outpatients had a history of dyslipidemia in a period march 2020. Anlysis was univariate and bivariate with descriptive method and chi-square test. The result that the patient had a good level of knowledge and attitude understanding has a responding and patient is adherent using the drug dyslipidemia. The result showed that was no significant different in the compliance of patient had a good knowledge, and this is different the level of attitude there is a significnt difference of patient have a good attitude. This a effectivines of dyslipidemia therapy, there was not significant different in the level knowledge, attitude and adherence. Key word : Dyslipidemia, knowledge, attitude, compliance, therapeutic effectivines.
