Abstract

Nutritional requirements for babies aged 0-6 months have been fulfilled with breast milk. While babies aged 6 months and above require companion food (MPASI) because nutritional needs are increasing and the production of breast milk decreases. One of the foruming fields that can be used in adding nutrition is pudding. Pudding has a variety of flavors, one of which is carrot (Daucus Carora L) because the carrot pudding for babies contains a source of micro nutrients needed by the baby. The purpose of this study was to analyze the levels of calcium, iron, and vitamin C on baby pudding sold in Tulungagung Regency which was in accordance with the AKG Permenesa parameters (nutritional adequacy rate). This experimental research method uses the iodometric titration method for vitamin C content test, the method of titration metalometry for iron test and the atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS) method for calcium tests. The results of testing the content of vitamin C in 10 samples was obtained at an average of 4.373 mg. Whereas the iron content was obtained an average of 5.6 mg and 2,473 mg for the average calcium content. The content of vitamin C, iron and calcium in 10 pudingwortel samples for baby made infants circulating in Tulungagung Regency is not in accordance with the parameters specified by AKG (nutritional adequacy rate) permenkes. The results of the percentage of vitamin C 8.75%, iron 54.3% and calcium 0.98% in the baby pudding on the value of AKG / Permenesa 2019 circulating in Tulungagung Regency..
