One of the most significant obstacles in human resource development is stunting in children. One of the prevention is to fulfill nutritional intake properly from the womb until the first 1000 days after birth. Fulfillment of important macro and micronutrients during the growth period can be done by utilizing local potential. Corn, avocado, cow's milk, and carrots are easy to find and contain important nutrients for children. This activity aims to provide education about stunting and how to prevent it, including utilizing local potential and giving training in making 4-star pudding as a healthy snack. This activity was carried out using a lecture method by delivering material about stunting and efforts to prevent it. There was a demonstration of making 4-star pudding with the main ingredients including corn, avocado, cow's milk, and carrots. At the final stage, a quiz was conducted to evaluate the activity's success. This activity was expected to increase public knowledge regarding stunting and how to utilize local potential to prevent stunting. It also provides participants skills in processing local potential into alternative healthy snacks so it can be practiced at home to help children's growth and development to prevent stunting.
